Convert moles to atoms?

Award the best answer if you can answer the following with steps:

1. 8.15 moles of Mg

2. 21.3 moles of I2

3. 2.34 moles of Na2CO3

*Note that I2 where 2 is a subscript also Na2 and CO3

Convert moles to atoms?
1 mole = 6.02 * 10^23 atoms

literally multiply through bro...

1) 8.15 moles of Mg

(6.02 * 10^23) * 8.15 =

4.9063 * 10^24 atoms

2) 21.3 moles of I2

(6.02 * 10^23) * 21.3 = 1.28226 * 10^25 MOLECULES (because I2 is a molecule) Multiply by 2 to get atoms...

2(1.28226 * 10^25) =

2.56452 * 10^25 atoms

3) 2.34 moles of Na2CO3

(6.02 * 10^23) * 2.34 = 1.40868 * 10^24 molecules

In each molecule, there are 2 Na, 1 C, 3 O = 6 atoms

Multiply by 6

1.40868 * 10^24 =

8.45208 * 10^24 atoms

Tada..hope this was thorough enough

hard to type out the numbers
Reply:ill do 1.

8.15 moles 6.02 x 10 to the 23 molecules 1 atom
